Amazon is running a flash sale for The Game Awards nominees and winners for Prime members, and it includes discounts on games that had never dropped below MSRP until tonight. Most of the deals will be available until Friday, December 12, at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET–or until they sell out–but one of the most notable promotions ends tonight at 9 PM PT / 12 AM ET: the first discount on Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
The breakout hit from Sandfall Interactive is on sale for $40 (was $50) for PS5 and Xbox Series X. The turn-based RPG is nominated in multiple categories at The Game Awards and is one of the favorites to win Game of the Year. It’s worth noting that Amazon just launched an exclusive edition of Clair Obscur that includes a steelbook case and art cards. Clair Obscur’s Mirror Edition is available for $60 for PS5 and Xbox Series X.

Another 2025 game that is on sale for the first time is Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles for Nintendo Switch and PS5. The Switch version is discounted to $40, and the PS5 edition is only $34. Amazon still has copies of its exclusive launch edition, so you’ll find a double-sided poster in the box regardless of which platform you choose.

Other notable deals include Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds for $38, Silent Hill f for $45, and Elden Ring: Nightreign for $30. All three of those games also come with a bonus poster that’s exclusive to Amazon.
In addition to video games, Amazon has limited-time discounts on select controllers, headsets, gaming laptops, Samsung monitors, and hardware like the Nex Playground. Just like the video game deals, most of the tech discounts expire December 12 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET.
